I like the sketches. That's sort of how the curvy option started. I laid down a grid along the site axis and the north/south axis. Attaching the image.
Anyways, if we are going for simpler, I think the first one is good.
I am not entirely sure if we need a hole for the stage in the end...
Maybe it's cooler if one of the bundle comes down to form a stage kind of similar to the bench.
I don't know. I vote for #1.
